Yoga at St. Paul's
Please check our calendar for exact meeting dates. As with all of our yoga classes, come dressed to be comfortable, to move. Please bring a yoga mat and towel if possible - but we have a select few community mats if needed! Previous experience is not needed.
Gentle Yoga
This class is appropriate for all levels of experience - from beginner to experienced. The focus of this class is on the connection between poses and using/transferring your own body weight in flow sequences highlighting the classic poses and sun salutations. Come dressed to be comfortable, to move, and to sweat. Please bring a yoga mat and towel if possible - but we have a select few community mats if needed!

Christmas Giving Tree
During the Christmas holidays, Saint Paul's receives a list from the Nutley Family Service Bureau containing items requested by needy families in town. When the Christmas trees are put in the church, the outreach committee makes stars with the ages, gender, and wishes of the families. The members of Saint Paul's congregation take the stars and purchase gifts for the families. The gifts are placed under the Christmas trees in church. About a week before Christmas, they are delivered to the Nutley Family Service Bureau.
